Organised by Insider Media, these awards highlight the innovation, leadership and investment that continue to drive Midlands-based manufacturers forward. To be named among the finalists is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of our ongoing transformation.

The winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony on Wednesday 9 April 2025 at The Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, where manufacturers from across the region will gather to celebrate industry success.

- A £4 million investment into our new Centre of Excellence for machining in Willenhall
- 29% growth in FY24 and a record-breaking order book heading into FY25
- National recognition as SME Apprentice Employer of the Year at the 2024 In-Comm Awards
- Expansion of key contracts in aerospace, defence and automotive manufacturing
- A growing apprenticeship programme that continues to tackle the sector’s skills gap
